Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital purchases are generally considered final and non-returnable once access to the purchased content has been provided.

Digital purchases are delivered electronically through our sales platform. If you experience difficulty receiving, downloading, or accessing a purchased publication, please contact the appropriate support service or contact Medical Wellness Library for assistance.
Incorrect or Duplicate Purchases
If you believe you received the wrong digital product or were charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental purchases
- Dissatisfaction with a product that matches its description
- Failure to review the product description or format before purchasing
- Failure to download or use the product
